Governing Law
The loan agreement will be governed by the applicable laws. Questions or complaints should be directed to your state's regulatory agency.
Maximum Loan Amount
The maximum loan amount for Alaska residents will be $500.00.
Loan Terms
- Your loan will be due on your next payday that falls between 14 to 35 days away.
- If you are paid by paper check, we will give you a grace period of 1 day to deposit your check.
- If you are paid monthly, your loan will be due on your next payday that falls between 14 to 35 days away.
- If your pay dates fall outside of these ranges, your loan will be due in 14 days.
Extensions
You may extend your loan a maximum of 2 times by paying the applicable finance charge before the full amount must be satisfied. After paying this finance charge, you will be contracted for an extension of your loan. ( *Note: A finance charge will accrue again for the extension period requested-no less than 14 days). Extension, paydown, and early payoff requests must be received at least 2 business days prior to your due date. You can request these updates to your loan by contacting any one of our Statewide Locations.
Fees and Charges
MoneyTyme does not charge a loan origination fee. You will be assessed a fee of $15.00 for every $100.00 borrowed (see chart below).
